Leading chefs from across the dining scene gather at Casa Buenas, Newport World Resorts, for a private dinner held days before the highly anticipated 2027 MICHELIN Guide ceremony.

Off the Pass brought chefs, restaurateurs, suppliers, and friends together for a rare evening away from service. Shared plates, music, and easy conversation gave the culinary community time to reconnect before attention turns to the upcoming ceremony.

Chef Miko Calo, Newport World Resorts Executive Chef and Director of Kitchen Operations Neil Abrahams, and Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill PH Executive Chef Stephen Wood presented a collaborative menu.
